Contact Center Sales Agent

Sales Agents earn $10.50 per hour PLUS commission by taking ONLY INBOUND CALLS and booking reservations. They average $17.31 per hour with commission and base pay combined! This Position is Responsible For:

- Inbound calls only!
- Respond to a high volume of telephone inquiries to book travel reservations.
- Utilize selling techniques to meet revenue and conversion goals.
- Identifying sales opportunities that fit customers' travel needs.
- Responsible for greeting customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
- Interact with multiple online systems while speaking with customers
- Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment

Minimum Qualifications include:

- Previous sales experience preferred and an ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent typing, computer, and internet navigation skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Complete training as required to remain on the job
- Qualify on pre-employment testing
